The interior is calm and comfortable without compromise — a slate feature wall, velvet furnishings, and warm natural tones throughout. Three large bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure space is never a consideration.
When the island quiets down, retreat to the dedicated cinema room — a 120" projection screen with Netflix streaming, ready when you are. Starlink keeps you connected whenever you want to be. Every detail is deliberate. Nothing is superfluous.

Bruny Island
Bruny Island lies just off the south-eastern tip of Tasmania, a 20-minute ferry ride from Kettering (60 km south of Hobart). It is one of Australia's most unspoiled island escapes — old-growth forests, sheltered beaches, world-class produce, and a pace of life that forces you to slow down.
The island remains largely undeveloped. Phone coverage is limited, WiFi is available at LunaStay, and the house sits just outside Lunawanna on South Bruny — with the island's celebrated vineyard a short stroll away. Wallabies graze around the property at dawn and dusk, and kookaburras call from the surrounding gums. That is entirely the point.
